WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

  1. Fishing license - can be obtained upon arrival

  2. Rod, reel, waders or wading shoes & related equipment - rental equipment is available and your guide will be able to assist you in purchasing appropriate flies during your stay.

  3. Headlamp or flashlight

  4. Personal care products - you will find shampoo, conditioner, soap and fresh towels available.

  5. Your clothing-comfortable clothes that can be layered with an outer layer
    that is waterproof. See "weather" below.

  6. Camera w/ extra batteries/charger

  7. Glasses/contacts/solution

  8. Prescription meds

  9. Sunscreen/Insect repellant

  10. Beverages - we have a limited selection of beer, wine and soda available.
    You are invited to bring your beverage of choice which can likely be
    purchased upon arrival in Kalispell.

  11. Calling Card- there is no phone service at the lodge but there is a
    located at the Ranger Station that permits 5 minute calls if you have a
    telephone card for billing. Cell phones do not work.


WEATHER:
You should anticipate daytime temps between 70-85 degrees dropping to 55-65 at night. While summer weather is typically dry and mild you should always be prepared for the cooler of these temperatures with rain possible at any time.


ALL GUESTS SHOULD:
-be prepared for precipitation and significant changes in temperature.
-bring clothing and gear that can be layered for comfort with the outer
layers being waterproof.
-put sensitive items (cameras) in waterproof containers.
